Fishes, how were the appraisals in general at Deutsche Bank for roles in Mumbai location? Understand that they got concluded only recently so it will be interesting to know. While it may vary from function to function but we will atleast got to know a ballpark figure. Also if you could add your designations, will be great.
I have received an offer in TCS accepted it and submitted the documents for BGC. The CTC i mentioned is 13L in iBegin portal and uploaded the same recent hike letter. But my current company retracted my offer of 13L and salary/payslip are with old offer and i have submitted documents with new offer letter which is 13L. I am little concerned it might impact negative on my BGC.. Any suggestions . please Tata Consultancy

Ford is quite huge and saturated.. Come here just to settle, don't expect any financial growth.. Technical growth depends on the teams..
But, negotiate well and then come in with good CTC..
Yes, u can change to a diff team/dept after 18 months... But, u will ve to go through the formal interview process, and Mostly you will get a promotion if you do this !!
My growth, I joined as a fresher 4.5 yrs back at a CTC of 5 lpa.. I left with a CTC of 25 lpa, holding an offer of 35 lpa.. Ford matched it.

Bro, I joined as a fresher.. For the first few years, growth would be good if you do well, be curious to learn and bring initiatives.. and manager's mercy.. But, things are different for lateral hires.
But, now things are changing.. Those covid days or pre covid days are gone..
Now, laterals are being paid really well.. and once they come in, their financial growth will be slow.. So, negotiate well and come in !!!
Thanks buddy, that puts things in perspective. And kudos on your growth, you almost grew at a rate of 40% per year within ford, that's actually an awesome growth, despite you say that financial growth can't be expected in ford.
What helped you to grow in that pace mate?

Maybe my team and people Ive seen around got lucky to get into sg5 from sg4 in less than 2 yrs.
