I have received an offer in TCS accepted it and submitted the documents for BGC. The CTC i mentioned is 13L in iBegin portal and uploaded the same recent hike letter. But my current company retracted my offer of 13L and salary/payslip are with old offer and i have submitted documents with new offer letter which is 13L. I am little concerned it might impact negative on my BGC.. Any suggestions . please Tata Consultancy

Senior Staff Consultant (Engineering) in a M->HCOL with 15 YOE currently making 95k. I feel I am underpaid. I am from another country working in the USA on an O1 visa. Can it be that my company is "using" that to their advantage? How do I approach this conversation? When I signed and agreed to my salary in March 2021 before coming over, costs in the USA in general (especially homes) were significantly lower than what they are now, effectively changing the value of my salary significantly.

I have joined a company in September with package of 8.5lpa (agc) fixed and for taxable cycle which is till march, it's showing less than 5 on top of which i filled investment of 1.5l under old regime, so just a doubt that how much in hand salary i will be getting? i recently got promoted to Claims Supervisor position in my company and i was really excited to see how i can handle the responsibility but, while i got the postion and salary i am still doing the job of a claims officer. i tried to talk to my manager about this but he implied that there is no need for supervisor position and i have to wait until my seniors got promoted, should i ask for transfer to another branch?

I Appeared for an interview for RPA - Automation Anywhere. I didn't got any response after the interview. Then when I reached hiring manager through LinkedIn I got to know I cleared all the rounds but my expected cts is high so they might have rejected. First thing is I never said what I am expecting . And I clearly told In managerial round that I am open for salary discussion.

But no one responded. Will I get the call back in time? Or I just leave it and go ahead with other companies?
