CCTC - 6 LPA, YOE - 3.2 , Role - Data Analyst

My last working day is next week and I am still interviewing. Capg is very invested in my joining and will probably match but I dont want to join a WITCH again.
Should I reject Capg or negotiate with them?
If yes then Pls share how?
I think I am being low-balled.

I got an offer from Pwc IAC, HR confirmed over mail that this is a permanent work from home position. But not mentioned in the offer letter.

I got an email confirmation from HR, which simply says "you can work anywhere from India".
