My long term goal is to go to product based company. But due to this current market scenario I am confused whether to make a switch and then prepare for product based or leave don't envy my friends and start preparing for product based :p

1. Should I do it offline or online?
2. Should I learn by myself or certification is necessary?
3. Is it an ideal course overall?

My joining date is on 31st Oct Pune and i am yet to receive the joining letter. iBegin portal have no information of the office location and other detials. I tried to reach out HR/on-boarding manager/Buddy and no response yet.
Can someone tell me about -
1) Process of receiving joining kit?

So something crazy happened to me last week. I was at the airport, and as usual on call after call. Read that McK is paying 2K higher than BCG this year which means BCG will probably raise again next year to at least match. However, they can’t just copy McK with 2K to match because that would look bad so they’ll have to beat it again. Then McK and Bain will follow. Barring a devastating recession, I’m guessing this means MBB is all getting raises again next year?
