How do the Big 4 M&A advisory practices differ from each other, any notable distinction in culture/WLB/deal volume? I’ve heard KPMG FDD is a sweatshop but curious what the rep is for other big 4 and their other service offerings (CF, Vals, Ops M&A etc)

I have job offers from TCS (Noida) and LTI (Delhi). I am currently working in support. In TCS also I have been hired for a support project. No project details have been shared regarding the LTI offer.

Current CTC : 7.7 lac fixed + 1.1 lac variable
TCS: 9 lac fixed+ 3 lac variable
LTI: 9.9 lac + 1.1 lac variable (they have shared that they will try to get approvals and make it comparable to the counter offer)
