Just switched to advisory and working directly with a talented SM time to time. How can I show humble but also not acting like know nothing? (Say you have related work experience and did some hw...)

Does anyone have any good books or podcasts about how to develop leadership/ managing skills?

Anyone have a standing desk recommendation between the Fully Jarvis vs Uplift V2 vs Autonomous Smartdesk 2? Leaning towards the Jarvis but the Autonomous one seems 50% cheaper, but can’t really tell what the drawbacks are according to their website/reviews
