Anyone knows if Singapore trash collection separates waste into recyclables ? If not, how can we do it ourselves in sg?

I have a query. Not sure if this is the right forum for it, but let me just ask it here.
I have completed my B.Tech. on 2020 and got a job in an MNC with a 3.8LPA, but due to COVID, the onboarding was delayed to Feb 2021. During this time, I had enrolled myself for a distance M.Tech. degree.
I recently joined a new company with a 10.1LPA a month back.
Just two weeks back, my M.Tech. degree is completed.
Should I have some increment in my new company as to my M.Tech. completion?

I’ve done some soul searching of late and established I’d love to be offered a FTE role in my current company. I think this is partly due to never having had a full time job which I’ve enjoyed and which have valued my contributions. I think this is due to wanting to feel accepted. I know acceptance needs to start with me etc but I think redundancy and workplace gaslighting has meant I’ve never achieved growth and status in one company where I can truly grow. Has anybody else experienced (what seems like) irreversible physical damage from working long hours? I worked about a month of 19 hour days 2 years ago (this was the peak of the season where I worked at least 12 hours a day) and my facial skin hasn't really recovered and the experience really aged me.

So supposed to head out of town for a long weekend with friends starting the evening of 4/21. My one friend and her son tested positive for Covid on 4/13 and have been sick. She says she is coming on our trip. On the following Thurs 4/28 I need to spend time with my 92 year old diabetic father. Do I go on this trip? I don’t think my friend has quarantined long enough to be sitting with 6 people driving in a van to our location unmasked as well as in the hotel room. Would you go on this trip?
