How do you approach exercise on your bleed days? Do you go light or still go as hard as you normally do? I've heard both sides... people saying that you have the most latent energy during the first few days of your period and other people saying that you should do nothing but rest during your period. Does anyone here have a science-backed reason for why to do or not do either?

People who don’t submit their time daily, how do you remember what you did and for how long? I’ve always just submitted each timer as soon as I finish a task—“call with x re y” really doesn’t take that long even if I’m busy, and if I don’t do it immediately I’ll forget all those little I did in the morning by the time I go to bed. No shade at all to those with different systems, just genuinely curious because I see a lot about catching up at month end on here and I have no idea how that works??

Joining a big firm next week as fully remote lateral and flying out to home office for orientation. The schedule has me in office until 4:15. I’ve already been told I won’t have any actual work. Depending on how many people are there and how it feels, I was planning to stay an hour extra but should I hang around the office until later? Ok this is a weird question.

I have a puppy of 5 months old, he had diarrhoea since 3 days. I went to the vet and they gave him metronidazole, an antibiotic. He just had his first pill.

But: I have to go to a dinner for an hour or 3 this evening. I’m afraid to put him in his crate while he’s having diarrhoea.

Can I do that? Does the antibiotic work fast? Or should I let him out of his crate so he can go to the puppy pad if needed. I never let him out of his crate while home alone.

Once a vaccine is found (assuming it'll be in the next 12 months) how long do you think it'll take the economy to rebound?
