How do you ask for or get constructive feedback from a form rejection email?
I apply for jobs that I have experience doing, am perfectly suited for, but I get an email a month later saying "Thanks for applying but you're not selected to move forward." with a fine print line at the bottom of the email "Don't reply to this email."
How do I find out what I was missing?

Most organizations are just not going to offer feedback after a rejection and that's often done for legal reasons. They don't want something they say to be misconstrued and turned into fodder for a lawsuit. So it's better to just say nothing. And, it's a cold reality, but a lot of organizations just won't spend time on someone they've chosen not to work with.

You don't. It's very rare in this day and age to get any sort of feedback following an interview. Employers aren't required to provide it, and as SD1 pointed out, doing so can actually put them in legal jeopardy. It's frustrating, but there isn't much you can do about it if the interviewer or hiring manager doesn't feel like including their feedback in the rejection email.

Asking for feedback is something you can do. As pointed out, I wouldn’t expect much, but you still can ask. I look at it as a follow-up thank you afterwards.

I have two questions. I have 10 years of experience in multiple sectors and I have been trying to gain a leadership position. I am attempting my PHR this summer but what are some tips in order for me to obtain a leadership position? Also, how long does it take to obtain another position out of state? I am trying to move to Houston but I don’t want to move until I am confident I can obtain a position in the city before packing up and leaving.

Thoughts on “special” salary grades. I just found out the VP I was offered is not a grade 12 like most comparable roles (verified). Also not an 11, but an 11A. Slightly higher than an 11, a good bit lower than a 12. All due to the fact that it’s a leap from my current position. Why should that matter…..shouldn’t it pay what it should pay if I am selected, rather that curving down towards my current rate?
