How do you go about life, when all seems to be questioning your moves and at the same time, you thinking about various ideas but limited in implementation.....

Earlier this year I was making $75k as an FA and now $90k as an SFA in OC which is pretty much market value (4yrs exp - 2 in B4). I wanted that raise to $90k for a while and now that I have it, I catch myself thinking about wanting more & more money, even though I have more than enough to live out my means. Anyone else think about this often? And how can I stop?

I have always been informed my basic is based on target.

Last 3 years the entire sales team hasn't made target in my product.
