Since joining my company 3 years ago my target has increased 45% my basic has increased 3%.

I have always been informed my basic is based on target.

Last 3 years the entire sales team hasn't made target in my product.

Anyone else seen this trend?

I've swallowed it but seeing the pressure from the increased target and the stress causing I'm thinking that wasn't wise.

I have cleared all the interviews for Walmart and salary negotiations are also done. A month ago the recruiter said that they are waiting on some approvals and once it is done we will be issuing the offer letter but I haven't heard back any other update since then. Career question: Currently making under-market in a role I excel at (inside sales), but little to no insight into any potential promotions/raises anytime soon due to current freezes.
