Probs should add I have rheumatic disease.
I intentionally structured my day - worked on hard things right after fajr. Planned for a break mid day. Tried to work out late evening.
I think it comes down to practice and physical strength tbh… if you’re already physically weak when starting Ramadan it won’t go well with full days at the office… build up your strength before, after that the only thing that gets me is the sleep
Though the last 5 days of fasting I feel very much, especially now that I approach 40
If cramming in ibadah is also a contributing factor, go easy. Don't have an overwhelming list.
Loads of folks do hybrid WFH and/or leave work early. See if you can arrange this with your employer.
My employer is super strict 5 days. I will try to see about this. Not hopeful.
I never solved it at McKinsey and opted for taking most of Ramadan off.
