Guys there’s this boot camp that I came across that trains people to get jobs in Top consulting firms and has a fee plan wherein you pay once you get placed. I just wanted to know if someone here has any experience with this ?

Just because you don't think it's necessary doesn't mean the client doesn't think it's necessary.
All of those things are necessary to mitigate risk. If you don't want to do them then you should accept all of the risk.
Ask what's truly essential - generally there's a smaller logical ask and you can just deliver that. Eg
- Detailed project plans -> key milestones with major stakeholders
- Unnecessary review cycles -> giving them the core analysis for feedback
- Notes/action tracking -> key takeaways and major next steps
Say no.
What are the contract deliverables? These are typical deliverables for any professionally run project and are defined in your proposal, which then is an attachment to the contract. You are a manager. You should know this.
If you don’t, then there are bigger issues with your leadership.

If you are a management consultant this is your job
You have to keep things moving around their tasks. If they aren’t critical tasks, you don’t have to factor the non-critical tasks into milestones and it won’t impact anything
Normally it's pointing towards a broader issue - eg lack of clarity of direction, milestones and path to success. Creating those artefacts is useless if the underlying concern not addressed
