I’ve worked for Marriott/Bonvoy at the Ritz and for the Curio Collection with Hilton as a bartender/server/banquets captain. Now I’m working for a privately owned hotel and as a manager role in Banquets/Events. Because of pandemic times, what is everyone else making?

The new SPG app is not intuitive at all, very hard to navigate i find.

Staying at a Hilton currently and have had tons of minor issues in the 3 days We’ve been here. Room wasn’t ready for 45min after check in time, AC did not work, maids did not clean room...continued

We’re planning to be in Kauai for a week in mid-December, but I’m thinking of extending the trip an extra 10 days. Would we have enough to do with a 4yo in tow? Or maybe not worth it to stay that long? Staying at the Grand Hyatt first week, then downgrade to Sheraton Coconut Beach.

How many points? Caribbean Marriott Cat 3 property, 5 nights. They have an issue with the boiler so no hot water and shower stops in between. Ice cold showers for 4 days in a row 🥶. Hotel phones don’t work because network is down and only local channels work on tv. Last night they had a huge leak in the lobby. They kept knocking stuff all night to fix it and then left a large floor fan running. I understand it’s tough reopening so don’t want to push, plus they upgraded our room at check in.

Going to Maldives in January for my honeymoon. Super excited. All on Bonvoy points.

I have a 5 night stay booked at the St-Regis. I am looking for another property to book another 5 night stay. Would you recommend the W, JW, or the Ritz-Carlton
