I’ve been going 3-4 days for over a year now. Wish people would stop making such a big deal about RTO. Before we had to fight for 1 day WFH per month.
I feel like most of Support Services and Enterprise have been back for 3 days or more for awhile. Regardless, the 3 days at office or client site isn’t suprising to me. Haven’t they been telling us this is the expectation for over a year now?
It will be a small shift but not upset by it and understand why it’s happening. Thankful I still have the flexibility of two days to WFH versus five days in office pre-pandemic.

The only support people getting promoted are there five days a week. They’d camp out and sleep there if they could
My immediate team is all overseas. I'm struggling to justify me going into the local office when I'll sit in a room on calls all day.

That’s how I feel about it but I can’t tell if there are folks in ENT/SUP complaining or if it’s all the business
