I’d say less high strung and more laid back. Not as intense, more understanding. More patient and willing to teach.

I'm trying to be the optimistic leader, but I'm not sure it's going to do anything to change the industry. It does make the day to day work easier, so it's a good policy in that sense.
I'm not trying to change the industry, just make my employees' lives a little better when I can. I don't have much opportunity to do so, but if I get the chance to approve a PTO day or find someone to cover a shift, I'll do it. My team works so hard and are all genuinely great, reliable employees. If I can make things the slightest bit better for them, I'll do it.
