Your project must be chill?
Did you try Insanity, T25 or P90X3 workouts? 10 DVD’s in each set, time varying from 30min to 1h (insanity) and every day you workout different muscles ( at least in p90x3 and t25)
I have and enjoyed it, wanted something new, but maybe should go back to one of those. Thanks A1
I️ really like Orange Theory but it depends what you want to do. More cardio than weights but they offer options on each move or exercise.
I’ve had a few great trainers at my locations, but it does vary. The best ones know your capabilities and push you to get there.
What do you need?
Want to workout 3-4x/wk, bulk up ~20lbs of lean muscle. I'm a HARD gainer, so I used to my adv to lose fat, now have decent body image and want to get bigger/tone.
I like weightlifting, but get bored easily. Dig military style, activity based exercise that varies throughout week.
