Did you try Insanity, T25 or P90X3 workouts? 10 DVD’s in each set, time varying from 30min to 1h (insanity) and every day you workout different muscles ( at least in p90x3 and t25)

I️ really like Orange Theory but it depends what you want to do. More cardio than weights but they offer options on each move or exercise.

I’ve had a few great trainers at my locations, but it does vary. The best ones know your capabilities and push you to get there.

What do you need?

Want to workout 3-4x/wk, bulk up ~20lbs of lean muscle. I'm a HARD gainer, so I used to my adv to lose fat, now have decent body image and want to get bigger/tone.

I like weightlifting, but get bored easily. Dig military style, activity based exercise that varies throughout week.

As an operations manager I manage budgets/billing process for a portfolio of clients within my agency. My role is partially “risk management” and without being able to refer to a specific figure, I KNOW I have saved the company from write-offs and other financial/client risk. Is there anyone who does a similar role that has implemented a way of tracking “dollars saved” or “would-be write-offs”? I’m trying to quantify/apply value to the work I do in plain dollars and cents.

2020 grad M&A/PE Associate in LCOL area thinking about moving to a ECVC/M&A boutique. I generally like the work I do and the people I work with, but I really don’t like the hours and the constant late nights and weekends. Currently on pace for 2250. Boutique I have been eyeing has billable hour requirement of 1500-1600 and comes with a 20-25% paycut. Is this a stupid idea and should I grind it out until I can move in house? Will this ruin my opportunities down the road?

I think that I have eating disorder. I am always hungry but when I get food I can’t finish it, usually I am done after 2-3 bites and then I am hungry again after an hour. Anyone has similar issues? Have you been to a nutritionist or dietitian? If yes, is it covered by Insurance?

I started doing the 90 min waking rule for when to drink coffee and I’m wondering if it’s all fluff, thoughts? I use to look forward to it.

My work gives us points/money for achieving certain activities such as exercising for 180 mins per week. I have my Apple Watch automatically sync with the app that tracks our activities and it works great. Problem is I started using NRC (Nike run Club) app for runs and it interferes with the Workout app on my Apple Watch and it doesn’t get tracked. Has anyone found a way for the NRC and Workout app to run simultaneously (pun intended)?

I have a looming sense of self hatred. I take medication I workout and do all the things to feel good, but it’s just stuck there. Constantly thinking I’m trash, in a bad person, etc. Feeling guilty for things idek if I should feel guilty about. I’m on the high side of the BMI scale and really want to prioritize healthy movement. Not ready to formally go back to the gym or do fitness group classes inside (both from a covid mentality and feeling uncomfortable due to size).
