Just want to get some advice….I’ve been with my company for 6 years. Our company split into two divisions and brought on a senior manager and a director. Both are not at all knowledgeable with what our department does. In the last two years they have been here…our scores from our teams surveys have dropped over 50% YOY. I have another offer who are paying me 18.7 lpa (17 fixed + 1.7 var) + 1 lakh JB.
