I just got an offer from EY in London but considering based on what the maternity policy is which doesn’t seem to be spelt out in contract or benefits pdf. Does anyone know a) if there’s a minimum employment period to qualify and b) what the enhanced maternity pay is. I’ve read both 16 weeks and 18 weeks.

One of my senior managers is a boomerang and told me she was laid off when she was 7 months pregnant about 10 years ago. I think she was a senior or manager. She was in a specific group and everybody was laid off. It wasn’t performance based.

Can someone explain the difference between FB’s Partner Solutions Manager and the Strategic Partner Manager? From an initial recruiter call, it seems the SPM provides the consultative product recs while the PSM onboards the client onto that product and tracks performance to provide actionable recs as needed. Fo getting the reimbursement what is the process? Just submit normally through insurance? FAQ says participate in managed fertility program. What does that mean?

I have BCBS and have been having a hard time getting everything approved and set up. This process was much smoother when I went through it the first time in 2018. Anyone else’s having these issues? Is Win Fertility still the place that handles it?

I have been finding a number of providers that are in-network (UHC) but the surgery centers are out of network and I was told that I have to use in-network. Has anyone else encountered this problem? I'm not seeing how much use the benefit is when the most expensive part is out of network.

From the benefit policy documentation, my understanding is that EY reimburses employees for surrogacy / adoption related expenses up to $50k lifetime. About a year into our infertility journey and considering switching from my husband's company's benefits to EY's to take advantage of the 50K lifetime benefit. I know I would need to switch to EY coverage, but does my husband also haveto be on EY's insurance to have IVF costs fully reimbursed?

Is the EY 16 week maternity pay 100% of the salary ? I was reading the FAQs and could not find anything that said 100 % of pag provided in the 16 weeks of eligible time off.

I am in the process of IVF due to my husband's male factor infertility. I am so grateful for the benefits that EY provides and wanted to know if there is any consideration for reevaluating those benefits? I got a response within 30 min asking me to email them back from my work email. I did so and it has now been 3 days with no response. Is there any other way of contacting them?
