I've recently joined IBM and I feel I've made a mistake. No proper induction/onboarding, no proper details shared, its been 3 days and I'm the one reaching out to managers. No one bothered to connect with me, introduce to the team or even respond properly when I'm taking the initiative.

Is it normal in IBM?

How much will be the notice period if I resign in probation, assuming I joined a week back? I feel I made a mistake rejecting other offers and joining IBM.

I see there are people with roles such as Consultant and Sr.Consultant with the same experience as mine.
I regret now that I haven't asked for Consultant role.

Our company is a small company with 80-100 employees in India, what the company does is ask us to track every single minute of our day, from getting into the office to what time we got up for lunch, tea, etc. for everything we have to put a log, do you guys think this is a healthy process for a company to grow? All the employees be frustrated that they have to go to office regularly and finish 9 hours somehow, a measured break time is also allocated.

Hi Everyone, Started my career in government 5 years ago working in an operational role, then focussed on HR for 3 years working my way up to a middle manager role in HR as a business partner and completed my Level 7 CIPD.
