How is the PERM process looking now at G timelinewise ? I have 24 months left for my H1b maxout and haven’t been able to secure a PD from my last employer (Deloitte) , because they have paused it indefinitely. Cuttently pursuing interview loop at G for a non tech PgM role and know that G does batch processing.

Does anyone have any insights ? How long does it take for PERM submission ? If my PERM gets submitted 1 year before my maxout date, I can also extend my H1b at one year intervals.

But the initial identification of user groups is something I find challenging. What’s your go-to way of doing this? I got offer Letter from infosys 2.5 months back, now when I am trying to decline the offer by sending a mail to HR, it was not getting delivered as HR left the organisation 1 month back, I forwarded mail to feedback team of infosys but still got the mail from onboarding team with joining details and WebEx link, kindly suggest how to proceed in this case.

I've had 2 rounds of interviews at Google (UK) for a non-tech role in Platforms & Ecosystems (L4/L5). Recruiter told me that I've been selected for the final rounds (GCA + Leadership Interview). From his feedback, one thing they wanted me to improve on was the GCA Questions. Would anyone have any tips on how to prepare for these? I've checked some of Jeff Sipe videos online but would appreciate any support! I find GCA quite stressful...
