My joining date mentioned in IBM Offer letter which I received just a while ago is second week of November, 2021. However, I have 90 days notice period. It also says to accept within 3 days and a clause is written that joining date can be revised only till 5 days. Will ibm revise my joining date ? I am very anxious it's too late so I cant even call recruiter.

Is it true Deloitte is not sponsoring H1B visas? I have a friend considering joining as an SC after MBA. However, they are concerned that Deloitte is not sponsoring. Are these fears correct? Just got a job offer with CVS. To say the least I’m super excited to work for an Fortune 5 company. However, the job offer 1k less than my current company, but I thought this will be boost my growth and experience. Was my choices a smart move?
