How is work life balance in amdocs.

Any credit analysts here who can provide some insight on the role? Pros and cons and insight on WLB would be appreciated!

I have seen colleagues leave to strategic finance roles at f500 companies. What would the day to day look like for those roles? Focus areas and wlb.

Did I just mark myself as a flight risk by telling my managers that I was going to take another internal opportunity? If the new manager changes her mind in the process (and of course she still can since the written offer is not out yet - the org likes to have everything buttoned up before handing out the writing offer so it's accepted immediately), am I screwed? Oh I also said, to my current managers, that the workload was wearing on me... this idiot here

My WLB is very very bad Yoe-2 I am only backend resource in proj and working for 12+ hrs and Even after that not getting appreciation.Manager is rude and has Zero Technical knowledge argues to do 2days task in 1day. How can I change the Project if not will change Company.

I recently found out that I was being paid less than everyone in the team (more than 25% gap to more expe teammates, around 15% less than new hires)
We all had the same responsibilities, I consider I even had a heavier workload (talking in past tense since I very recently made an internal move).
Things to consider:
On a work visa
Non-white
Non-male
What would you recommend doing?
Keeping it to myself?
Speaking up? How? With who?

Why do I get an auto-decline from MBB? I usually get to the online/HireVue interviews for every other company (finance, consulting).
