I have been selected in Amdocs last week and also submitted all my documents. How much time does it takes to release the offer letter. HR told me that it takes around 1 week to get all the approvals and then she will release the offer letter.

My manager has given me rating 1 in confirmatory appraisal on may 18 may which happened after completion of 1 year at wipro.
I raised the issue of rating with my manager immediately , he convinced me not to worry , ratings are already submitted , I asked him to resubmit cause i don't deserve rating 1

for bigger number than this or this ctc is ok.
