I joined a company a week before and not able to understand anything due to multiple reasons: new domain, new people (all uk folks except me) , new framework, new language. I am depressed about my future.

I have one more offer in hand with joining date from 1st June with little less package.


Should I drop my current org where I joined a week before and join another one .

I come from a target school in India (say MBB / T2 hires from my college every year) with ~1 YOE in consulting - based in Dubai. This is to inform that I have been selected in Amdocs as software developer for pune, my current ctc is 13.4 with total 6 years of IT experience in my home city.

In HR call asked for 20 LPA, should have gone

for bigger number than this or this ctc is ok.

Also does Amdoc offer wfh?, as HR says till december only wfh is there, after that office will begin.

Please guide with your experiences🙏
