This is to inform that I have been selected in Amdocs as software developer for pune, my current ctc is 13.4 with total 6 years of IT experience in my home city.

In HR call asked for 20 LPA, should have gone

for bigger number than this or this ctc is ok.

Also does Amdoc offer wfh?, as HR says till december only wfh is there, after that office will begin.

Please guide with your experiences🙏

IBM has offered me X amount ctc and i accepted it on portal....now got to know that market valuation for 10.3 yoe is greater than offered ctc....can i ask HR to increase the ctc and change the band...will they consider it?...not holding any counter offer as of now

It feels like my pay and title are lower than my scope of duties. I manage Youtube channels and do all strategy, planning, talent management, rework content for socials, reporting, graphic design, + a bunch of other stuff. Do you think I should be something like Video Content Manager? A Strategist maybe? My company doesn't have career pathing & I think they'd be happy to keep giving me more work with the same pay. My employer is going on a hiring blitz and is offering new hires of the same position a higher salary than I currently have, is this normal or should I demand a raise?

I was doing some googling and I saw that PWC offers MBA hires 45k in comparison to MBBs at 70k +. Is this a bad joke? I can't imagine that PWC's target for MBA hires is widely different from MBB. In the US, the pay gap isn't that wide. Any reason behind this madness?

I'm trying to figure out how to pivot out of my current job. My department is in utter chaos, which has just become completely unmanageable. I'm looking for front-end web design work, and work from home. I am a strong designer and basically set up landing pages for large companies on a proprietary CMS in our company. If anyone knows of places I could apply? I'm not trying to reinvent myself as I do artwork on the side and would rather grow that business and get out of the chaos of fortune 500.
