It's hard to say as each company seems to work on its own peculiar schedule. And there are other factors, it's summer, some people could be on vacation, and so on. And we can't ignore all the chaos caused by the tariffs, employers may be holding off on hiring decisions until some of the uncertainty passes. And no one can say when that will be. If you've tried to reach out and have been ignored that's not a good sign, of course. Best approach is to keep looking elsewhere but hope for the best.
Thank you for the feedback
If you happen to get the interviewer's name or email you should reach out. I would send a follow up email and saying thank you for the interview and wanted to touch base since you haven't heard from the recruiter yet.
Already done. Unfortunately they do not have the power to send emails out their org so not too sure if that would help. Did it regardless.
I agree with Citi 1. If you have any info for someone you can reach out to, I would suggest doing that. It could be a week, sometimes more, it really just depends.
Thank you!
Did you ever hear back from them?
I did not get the job. Seems like they did not hire anyone for the role.
