How long is it safe to stay in bench at EY? I recently joined EY in Jan & got into a project immediately, it ended back in april last week and from then I've been in bench. I reached out to my counsellor & multiple managers but all I got was if there's an opening then someone will reach out to me. So just help me out in understanding how long is it safe to be in bench?

Resume question I've had three positions over my career one of which lasted 3 months and that I got fired from, the job search took an additional 2 months. Is it worth it to leave the 3 month stint off my resume? It might be easier to explain getting fired then a 5-month gap I was thinking

I understand that in most cases folks with <2 YOE will join with the same title as UG campus hires. How many YOE (or months of experience) will qualify you for a higher pay band (compared to campus hires)?

Will be able to put down around $10,000 down payment(don’t have enough saved to pay for it all in cash, and need a vehicle). Don’t really want to lease and thinking I want to buy new, but would be interested in hearing about people’s thoughts on buying used? I got call back from Capgemini that my expected CTC has been met. HR told "I got approval from my seniors of your expected CTC. I am generating offer letter in the system. You will get the offer letter by today EOD or by Tomorrow" Is he fooling me or I will really get the offer letter? Capgemini
