My lease is up in the coming months on my current vehicle. Wanting to upgrade to a Tesla Model 3. Will be able to put down around $10,000 down payment(don’t have enough saved to pay for it all in cash, and need a vehicle). Don’t really want to lease and thinking I want to buy new, but would be interested in hearing about people’s thoughts on buying used? Or other thoughts around the needing a vehicle but not having enough to buy it all in cash?

I work for a small agency and manage our internal marketing acct. We had very few processes in place when I started. I’ve since created, implemented, and trained our dept. on project mgmt for clients and am trying to convince the owner to apply those principles to our internal jobs. They are resistant because they just want the work to be done and don’t “want to keep spending money on internal jobs”. I’m confused because we’re doing the work either way and “spending” in labor/resources.

Any idea on how to connect with a business broker who can help to buy a good business. Is there another way to do it?

I used to be one of the main journalists for Spanish media, but since I moved to Miami I feel the general passion for soccer is very different 🥲 The energy and commitment are not even close to what I felt in Spain, where some businesses would close if the match was too important. So squirrels decided to eat my engine harness (thanks Honda for your eco friendly wiring).
I got it fixed but the acceleration still feels sluggish even when slamming the acceleration on sport mode. It’s a 2017 Honda Civic turbo and used to have a pretty fun acceleration. Any ideas what could be the culprit or where to look? Things like bad ECU/ messed up turbo/ air leak?

Looking to get an Alfa Romeo Giulia Ti sometime this year.
