I think there are multiple ways to think about the process. The target for Kimberly Clark to buy and start managing kenvue is 2h 26. But there are other processes that will continue being "kenvue" and wot just shut off right away.
The integration of kenvue and Kimberly will take a while which is also why we wont see people impacts right when Kimberly Clark takes over, but they will happen over the course of the next 2 years or so.
Has anyone recently successfully been able to be hired as a remote employee or transition to remote work (based on geographical restraints or disability or other justified reason)?
Most of the remote employees I’ve come across are on teams where it’s fairly obvious they don’t need to be on site to do their job. IT, tech and data, legal, etc.
We still aren’t fully separated from J&J. Hope this helps with the math of how long a full merger will take.
Integration will take awhile. My guess is that at least for a year or so post merger we operate independently-ish as Kimberly Clark consumer health, or something like that, similar to how we were JNJ Consumer under JNJ. Gradually we’ll adopt their systems, vendors, etc. But, that’s just a guess, I could be way off
