Sonobello?
Yes! Fantastic results, very little downtime. Do it in fall or winter because the compression garments you wear post surgery are definitely not meant for summer heat.
I did! If you are already in the best shape and are able to maintain that with a healthy diet and strength training then you will have zero regrets.
Regarding comment above about semaglutide, she said she is already in the best shape. Those that are also know that that mom pooch doesn’t go away in most cases. Needs medical intervention to sew the muscles back to where there is less gap. There are some lucky ones out there that don’t need muscle surgery but after 3 pregnancies I did. I was a size 2 when I got mine. Toned body. Could not for the life of me get rid of the pooch. Went to 5-6 consults and all said you have to remove that skin sew the muscles.
I have alot more confidence now. But now guess what!!? Perimenopause got me. Fun times being a woman!
Also, the downtime wasn’t that bad. I took 1 week off. Second week worked from home slowly from 2 hours to 8 by end of week. Back to normal work week 3 but stayed at home because I could. You will be hunched for a couple of weeks.
Yep! I’m a size 2 or 4 with a saggy belly!
I want to get one but I still need to lose the baby weight first. Do it! We get one life and you should be happy with how you look. Hopefully you already are but even more so!
Have you considered microdosing a semaglutide first? As long as there are no health concerns of course. I’m in very similar situation and finally saw consistent results I’ve been happy with after trying a low dose of the meds and routine weight training.
How would that help with the extra skin?
Could it be fibroids? They are (usually) benign tumors that get bigger and bigger from estrogen until Menopause. I had a fibroid the size of a Soccer Ball. Your doctor May not get an ultrasound / MRI unless you compliance until you show other symptoms, but even then, they may just chalk it up to „women experience pain, so what else is new“. I got it removed and my belly was flat again and my 6 pack appeared. Most women have fibroids and have no idea. Some may have a few giant ones or many dozen.
