How messed up would it be to quit during busy season? I am severely burnt out and have already gone out on medical leave once to try and recover and never did. For my physical and mental health I know I need to leave the job. But I’ve been so loyal to the firm that I have a hard time making the decision to leave during busy season. I think I really just need a change of pace. I don’t think I will be able to get through the next few months.

Hi folks, my base location as per EY GDS offer letter is Noida but I want it to be Gurgaon as my hometown is in Jaipur and Gurgaon is more convenient for me.. I sent email to my senior manager and got response that you can use flexibility and work in any Gds office in India. However, I feel that in case my base location is not being changed, I should shift to Noida rather than Gurgaon as there might be any formalities or facilities which we need to avail in our base location only..
