Why is the big 4 still doing business in Russia?

Wanting to make the leap out of Big 4 as a senior 3 and am not really sure what type of compensation to expect to see. Any ideas on what’s being offered out in the market ?

Is PWC highest paying for new issued partners in B4? Seems ive seen most PWC partners mention they start around $600k. At D I think we start at 350-400k
