These protections could slow down the adoption of AI in creative fields, potentially stifling some innovative creations. But it only seems right that such laws are passed. So the other industries will definitely have to follow suit, but they'll all have to figure their way out around the laws :)

Hmm honestly this makes me kind of happy to see because I feel like AI is dangerous. Just think they could say Brad Pitt is in a movie and then not pay him to be in the actual movie because they used AI and then they are making millions off a film that he wasn't actually in. That would be so insane to me so I am happy to see this.

I have tried absolutely everything I can think of to limit distractions during the work day and none of it has worked. Working from home has only made it 100 times worse because now I know there are other more interesting things to be distracted by all around me. What do you do to hold focus during working hours? What will get me to be able to work for longer than 35 minutes without getting distracted?

2nd year assoc. here. Finding myself spending 3-5 hours researching/analyzing issues that should only take 1-3 hours. I find myself questioning - for every assignment - is this the issue I was asked to look into? Did I read that case right? Does this analysis make sense? And I end up reading the same cases over and over. Does anyone have advice for being more confident/efficient on tasks, especially research?
