Which court? Generally state court clerkships aren’t viewed as prestigiously as federal courts. The exception is the Delaware chancery court.
Big law firm? That’s a tough nut to crack if you didn’t summer at one. Your clerkship sounds very specialized and non-federal. It’ll be an uphill battle.
Depends on the firm and what practice you’re applying to. Generally, BigLaw firms will likely ding you because of your grades. But maybe not if you’re applying to a special practice group as a result of your clerkship. I think you would have more success at boutique firms who have a track-record of taking clerks.
