How much do we get after getting promoted from U1 to U2 at Tech Mahindra ?

I am stupidly rejecting recruiters with legit offers because I am waiting for The One. The offer to end all offers. But they are taking entirely too long to notify me. They keep telling me to hold on.

What should I expect during my call with Deloitte’s recruitment advisor? I received a verbal offer last week, and a meeting invite this week with the advisor. Is this typically where salary and signing bonus are negotiated? Can anyone help me i am have a different situation here i left the job based on a phone conversation with tech Mahindra since they are asking for an immediate joiner. Now after submission of all documents they are not giving proper response .. every time they call me and ask me some documents is missing and some time BG status not received.. i don't what to do ..no job now and even no offer from them.
