What is the recruitment process in OFSS(Oracle Financial Services Software)?
I had my interviews and HR discussion completed.
HR informed me I will get my offer letter in 3-4 working days but it’s been 2 weeks I am yet to receive.
Wanted to know how long does it take for offer to be rolled out in OFSS?

I am increasingly hearing that BCG (and sometimes even McKinsey) is competing with Deloitte for some fed work, and not just high level strategy work, which is somewhat contrary to the conventional wisdom here.

Can anyone speak to the relative merits/strengths of each? What domains does BCG play in? Is BCG WLB much worse than D (I have seen reviews saying WLB is terrible at BCG while D GPS is pretty good, esp for A-Sc levels).
