How much is the new L4 equity grant worth for new promotes these days? Had varying reports anecdotally and figure with some of the new “benchmarks” in the last 12 months, it may be significantly down.

I work 2 part-time jobs. I just requested a pay raise at my ABA job which they approved on by 10%. My other job is in Mental Health has a flat rate with no chance to request a raise, turns out I'm not required to work the full 20hrs/Week meaning that when there's no work to complete I won't be getting paid.
