How much PTO is ideal for you? I was speaking with a friend that gets 10 weeks of PTO per year plus holidays in a senior analyst role. I would think with much more it would be hard to get a lot of work done and be worth it for a company and a lot of work wouldn’t get done. I would think 6-8 is a bit more reasonable. Thoughts?

Hello! Looking at an opportunity with established startup in UK that's just been acquired by a large co. I'm US based and my salary is around $250k (NYC) -I've been asked my expectation without the startup giving me a range to work from (though I've asked).
