Is it bad to be over-utilized? I just did the math and I could charge zero hours this week and take a 3 week vacation after and still be 100% utilized? Is that abnormal?

Hey CDs and ACDs: when you were mids and seniors what do you wish you'd had to help you grow and get to the stage you're at now?

I'm a senior AD and all the resources out there are for juniors. I'm not sure what I need - I feel pretty confident in most areas - so maybe all I need is time to practice and get better. But is there something you did/wish you'd done to improve your abilities, develop your career path, or open your mind?

Does it bother you if a recruiter/agency posts a job opening on LinkedIn and the only way to apply is by responding in the comments?

I personally don’t like that approach for many reasons. Just wondering if I’m the only one.
