Is ARKK still a good ETF to invest in?
I gave 4 rounds of interview for Manager 1 but the final decision was that I am unable to raise the bar. The recruitment coordinator asked me if he can keep my details or share my details to his colleagues so that they can check if I fit in some other role in future. Any idea about the cool off period?Amazon

I think it comes from the top down. If management is toxic and allows that behavior then the employees are emboldened to act the same way. The change needs to be in the culture and not celebrating toxic behaviors.

Exactly, so well explained!
I’m sorry you’re in a very toxic work environment. I’ve been there myself two years ago so i understand how frustrated and alone you feel right now. I would suggest you reach out to a therapist to help you get through this mentally and to recover. It’s taken me two years after removal to recover from a toxic workplace. I just saw four posts from you in toxic workplace and wanted to offer some advice. I hope you find this helpful

Exactly! Lead by example!
C1 is right. It has to start at the top. Companies need to prioritize a healthy work environment and live up to it. I can remember examples of HR departments leading the charge on enhancing the company culture by presenting quick and informative learning modules regarding respect in the workplace as a key element in educating staff and leaders of the expectations.

Completely agreed
Sometimes I think bad staff need to be called out. Positive reinforcement can only go so far in changing the environment. People need real support in order to actually feel supported.
Pro
Agreed, support comes from above though
