It’s just a job.
Good on you; don’t feel guilty: you are brave enough to choose your happiness. Don’t forget that no employer will choose your happiness over their firm’s prosperity.
Im in the exact same boat but I don’t have the confidence to leave. Im jealous of you! I’ve only been at my firm for 2 months and im ready to bounce.
I gave notice during my first year and I was extremely nervous too. But everyone was incredibly kind and said a ton of great things! It gave me a great confidence boost going into my new job. Hopefully everyone will be more than cordial, but regardless, everything will be okay!
Good for you. I’m ready to bounce after 6 months at my new firm but also get those guilty feelings.

I left after three months. Rip the bandaid off. It won't be terrible.
Did you find it hard to get interviews/offers because you were at your firm for less than a year?
I actually wasn’t looking, but I think with the market the way it is, it wouldn’t be hard.
