How to become “technical” PM?

I'm on a quest of becoming technical, with solid understanding and comfort level of working with concepts like: data structures and algorithms, computer networking, software architecture and design. I've been searching and trying to organize a learning plan and became overwhelmed not knowing where to start. Where do you start? What has worked for you? What type of knowledge has been most useful in your work?

Seeking advice on career paths within tech after bizops. Currently in bizops and former consultant, and while the work is fine I’ve realized that bizops feels similar to consulting and in the long term I’m looking for a role that has more ownership and ideally more analytical. I have 3+ YOE working as an IT service manager and I’ve seen so many companies stating they want people from “diverse backgrounds” but then soon change their minds when they find out in an interview that you don’t have very specific product management experience
