Does anyone have advice/ leads on what companies sponsor H1B? I just graduated with my MS in Data Science, have 3 years of UX/ PM experience, a BFA in Product Development, and a BA in Journalism. I have been looking since August and so far no offers/ companies ending the interview once they find out I need sponsorship down the line. I am wondering what I am doing wrong. I have 5 YOE in Analytics... always thought I wanted to be a DS, but every job (even the junior ones) required experience in ML development. Though I am part of the ML project, I'm not the person develop the model. And I have a hard time when the interviewer ask about how I develop the model and what hyperparameters I tuned. I know the thought process and stuff but 'I' wasn't the one who did that part in the project. How to convince them that I could do the job without taking credit of others.

I have cleared technical round interview at Infosys. Waiting for HR discussion. I am expecting 13LPA (including 10% variable pay). Will they offer job with this package? Or this expectations is too high?
