Do you find working remotely during this time that you’re having a harder time staying on top of everything that’s going on? Looking to get a bit of insight on breaking into tech working as an executive assistant after working for BigLaw for 20+ years.

I've been applying to tech companies for executive assistant positions - in particular, remote work positions - and I have yet to get a nibble.

I'm extremely tech savvy and have a lot of initiative but I am afraid that these companies are put off by how long I've been working assuming that I am a middle-aged woman that is not able to go with the flow.

Art Directors. How protective are you of your references and resources? I have a folder with lot’s of textures, mockups that I’ve spent time building. I even paid for some of those assets. So I always get a lot of compliments on my comps and decks. Sometimes someone ask for my files and I really don’t want to since I put so much effort on that. But I also feel bad being gatekeeper of things.
