If you made them, sell them.
If someone else made them and you bought it, pass on the creators name so they can get theirs.

Most of it I made it. But even the ones I buy (like true grit stuff) I customize to my needs. But aside from the mockups. I have folders of references and bookmarks that I spend a lot of time curating (and also money going to conferences and art galleries etc etc...)
I sometimes debate about just sharing this with everyone because I want everyone to succeed and do good work. I think is beneficial for me if the company in general sell more/ do better work.
On the other hand, I’m valued for the effort and attention to details that I put into every presentation I make, and no one is helping me with that. So I feel that I’m just giving away for free part of what makes me valuable.
Stop being so protective over comps and mocks. You’re gonna need to learn how to share when you start managing people under you.

If this time comes I’d share but more than that, I’d encourage my team to do their own thing. Apply their style to things. Right now I have leverage over what I have and it took time to get there.
You do you.
If you wanna keep them to yourself because some lazy art director wants to use you as a short cut, that’s fine.
If you wanna share a file or two with an art director that you know would appreciate the time and work you put into your craft, that’s fine too.
It’s up to you.
Think of it as your style. What would you do if people were asking for your style?
If you feel guilty about it, host a “lunch and learn” or whatever 1 hour meeting to show your coworkers how you go about making your comps and decks look so good. Where you go to look for resources, where to look for inspiration, etc. Maybe then they’ll see how much time and energy and focus goes into doing it your way. And maybe someone will be inspired to be better, or maybe they’ll realize that simply asking you to hand over hours of work isn’t a cool thing to do.

The lunch idea is cool and I thought about that too. I thought about doing a sort of art director HH where we share their inspirations.
That was before the pandemic. right now I don’t think anyone needs more zoom time.
