Cheap mindset management cares more about timesheet,wfo,forceful mandatory trainings,imposing strict restrictions on laptop,access to personal docs only via vpn,no employee well being no salary hikes nth at all.90% projects filled with freshers coz they cost less.No WLB for good dedicated hard working employees as they are punished with more and more work, leaves rewards mostly for people who don’t work.But no issues kyunki job security hai 😂

You can tell that you are on notice period and already 30days have passed. They won't ask for proof but if they do, ask them to give you offer letter first.
Yes, we can do this. If they still ask for a resignation letter then we need to tackle this or at least we can consider only interview experience :)

Tell them project is going to end hence everyone is going on bech so there I can server 1month NP if I resign being on bench
Bro u can get offer of organization having notice period of 90 days, resign and then in last month you will get you will get tired of calls

they will ask for resignation letter some times while before giving offer letter

and it's a risk because you resign in the hope of the extension and HR denies then what?
Its better if you put down papers and then start looking ,you can take back papers if dont get any offer

Till then give an interview if you get any calls, its good for practice even if you dont get selected.
