Almost done with it myself.
I can't recommend these two books highly enough:
1) Meditations by Marcus Aurelius — an absolute must to guide your own actions (can't manage yourself, can't manage others).
2) How to Win Friends and Influence People — practical, time-tested book on human relations and how to get what you want w/o being a selfish cutthroat SOB
I’d recommend The Ride of a Lifetime by Robert Iger.
That Will Never Work by Marc Randolph was also an interesting read about Netflix. Some good lessons there.
My PM had recommended that I read “The Five Dysfunctions of a Team”. I haven’t read it yet, but it’s got rave reviews on Amazon.

You should also read this McK article on CEOs.... I know, it's not a book and it's not about managers — but it's an extremely well written perspective on leadership best practices. I bet you'll learn a thing or two that you can use pretty quickly.
