I took more time for some tasks because of not knowing the technology so they highlighted that and my senior send emails to HR to put me on PIP. What should I do ? Acknowledge PIP ? Or resign? Or let them terminate me so I can claim salary of three months as fnf settlement? Getting confused, please suggest.

Hi All, I have an urgent query regarding TCS BGC process. My issue is that I have worked in X, Y and Z companies.
In X company I worked for 26months but my pf account is there for last 13months, before that my salary was very low so sometimes I got salary in hand or in pay cheque. I do have salary account statement for most of the months except 3-4 months in between my tenure. Will I face any issue for this?

I interviewed at Amazon for a PM role in Dec. 2020 and was ultimely rejected. I was told I have to wait a year to reapply. Fast forward to June 2022, another recruiter reaches out to me re: a PM role. I pass the screening interview, and move on to the virtual on site interview stage. I randomly get a call from the recruiter telling me there is now a TWO YEAR reapply policy in place so I'm not eligible to interview for any PM roles until Dec. 2022. Anyone ever heard of this policy? Seems strange

Hi Fishes.. i got offer letter from Infosys they didn't mention the annual CTC instead they mentioned it in monthly basis.. is it how Infosys share offer letter.. also i informed they my LWD is 20may but they gave joining date as 20 June.. how can i request them to change it to 23 or 24 th may... But they are different and I would like to stick to one path and capitalize on it. Please help which one to choose- MERN or .NET?

1. I was on bench in my company since April 2022, So since may I was started looking for the opportunities for better pay but didn't got any offer still attending interviews.
2. In June 2022 i got know that I will have to work on 2 client's project which will be 50% 50% allocation on both sides.
3. I will be getting offer soon from one of the MNC, In that case what should I do?? Should I resign or go ahead with 2 client's project in my organization??
