what’re the agencies in Toronto that are best for diversity / healthy culture of mutual respect for all - women, POC? know nowhere is perfect but any doing okay?

Does anyone have any metrics/ benchmarks they could share on diversity hires? We're putting goals together for 2023 and our senior leadership wants 30% of all candidates interviewed and hired to be gender or ethnic diverse.

All they say is it is stuck at client side and we'll update you. But its been more than a month. What should do in this case? Should i speak with HR or my department SPOC? Please suggest.

Has anyone dealt with coming to terms with an emotionally abusive relationship? I got offer from cognizant for skills appium(mobile testing), selenium. My yoe is 2.8 yrs. Designation is PA. DOJ is 29th dec. So are they projects in cognizant for testing or they will keep on bench. And projects are more of manual or automation testing

Has anyone left healthcare and is now really happy? I’m an MSN, RN with 12 years hospital experience. I’m burned out and tired of making crap pay. I have an opportunity outside of healthcare that would pay more and challenge me in new ways that I haven’t experienced before. I am expecting an offer from Oracle Digital, Consulting with about 60% hike (25 LPA fixed + Variable at 5.2 YOE) from current pay package and a role of principal consultant.

3. How is the hike and bonus?
4. How is the scope of moving to development centre of Oracle - IDC?
